Young crowd, Biannual appraisals, good hike, flexible working hours (depends on manager and team), helpful seniors. Office location is good.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. 10-11 hours daily average work, without any appreciation. Old technology being used, higher management keeps shouting at juniors. No proper programming guidelines followed, old and difficult to maintain projects. only 20 yearly leaves out of which 5 compulsorily given at year end, so left with 15 yearly leaves.

Pros: 1. Process of work is good 2 For a fresher there is a lot to learn 3. Young crowd and colleagues are really helpful 4. Have increment twice a year 5. Have bonus every year depending upon the grades

1. No work life balance. It all depends on project assigned to an employee but on an average it has long working hours with no extra benefits. 2. Although increment is twice a year but it depends on your rating and if it's not good then this increment does not mean anything. By any means if the rating is not good but you actually worked hard you'll be getting baseless reasons to justify it. 3.
