1. Cafeteria is limited to Tea, Coffee etc no lunch stalls available. 2. Office space is limited due to sudden growth in business wrt headcount 3. only 2nd and 4th saturday is off as organisation is wroking to improve better worklife balance

There is freedom to take the right decisions on right time and implement the ideas, process and procedure to have clear path to work to achieve the company's goal.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.
