CS Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Filing of various e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs  

(MCA) like annual return, balance sheet and other Registrar of Companies (ROC) Compliances.

• Incorporation of private company, producer company, section 8 companies, foreign company, subsidiary company and limited liability partnership.
• End to end handling of compliances for issue of shares under preferential allotment as well  

rights issue including compliances under FEMA for issuance of shares to persons outside  

India (both individuals and corporates);

• Preparation of Agenda, Notice & Minutes for Board Meetings & General Meetings;  
• E-filing of various roc forms including but not limited to annual filing (including Directors  

Report), changes in registered office, change of directors, loans and deposits, MSME etc

• Ensuring all Statutory Compliances under Companies Act;
