Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EPC/LSTK Tanks projects from concept through execution and handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to project timelines and cost targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as external stakeholders like clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate communication between the client and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12-22 years of experience in managing EPC/LSTK projects, with specific experience in tank construction.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction processes, particularly in tanks for oil & gas, petrochemicals, or similar industries.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience coordinating, facilitating discussions, consultation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
