There is freedom to take the right decisions on right time and implement the ideas, process and procedure to have clear path to work to achieve the company's goal.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.

There is lot of freedom in work, we have to finish the work as per schedule, quality and safety and also maintaining the policy. The way of work/method/ timing we can decide as per our way.

The culture, like the relation between junior and senior are not maintained here. No body are respecting the higher post or seniors. That has to rectify
