Dislikes

This should be better if zeno provide pf facility. this is the weak point. Must look in sallaries comparitivly old and new employees. This is always disapointment moment for me. Thanks

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
