It's the learning what I did because of continuous working and due to pandemic, I have explored and learn few skills which I wasn't aware of..

Dislikes

5 years of association with no promotion even after doing tremendously well so it's really demotivating.

Within a job responsibilities I have played multiple roles in not only my department but contributed and supported in other departments as well

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
