Long working hours. No food or Tea for workers, no compensation for extra working hours. Every work are done in a disorganized manner. There are no Corporate work environment. In short this is a Lala company. Every policy is different for every person. The company culture has become very bad. Dedication towards your work has no value. The progress of employee’s depend on their sycophancy. A few employees are the boss's favourit, they flatter the boss and you have to work under them, even if you are on a managerial position, even though they don't know ABCD (nothing) about your work or they are not belong to your department. They interfere unnecessarily in your work and then do not take any responsibilities when mistake happen. You are positive infront of boss as long as you work under them, you will become negative when you ignore them. and not work accordingly to them. The turm and conditions are change after joining.
