No Work life balance Yes boss culture Poor management, most of the manager don’t have right skills, mostly in QA/SDET department and have very poor managers There is lot of favouritism and only those people will get promotion and hikes No appreciation for hard work and dedication No future plan even for next 6 months Strict policy for 9 to 6 office hours, even for tech department

Salary on-time. Tea and coffee.

Dislikes

Quality team culture is worst and toxic. QA head is very toxic guy he gets disturb if anyone in his team takes WFH . No promotion and increments. They will deduct the variable pay which is the part of CTC . No job security Office timing 9 am to 6 pm otherwise they deduct the salary.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
