Poor brand acceptance in the market, they only provide you the salary - zero benefits for the employees, very poor expenses structure for the sales people and need rigorous follow up for getting the expenses (this is more pathetic), no fixed policy - it always keeps changing, very very poor appraisal policy, huge politics in HO, etc etc...

for me its best company , i am working here since 15 years , i saw recent post on hr , so thought of posting my experience though i had not done in last many years as it was not required , i think post was given with respect to old hr who was arrogant , and even i didnt like him , but yes i cannot do anything on that part , but new hr head is very friendly , he is handling dual profile but still is patient and speaks in calm way , i have heard even to juniors he treats with respect , i think this is what we expect from hr dept , i am not sure of this person who has posted negative thing , i think might have been termite for the company , but conisdering my journey in this company and my experince where apart from me so many people there in company whose journey is even much more than me , i think company is best but again for those who are sincere in their work , and good thing is management speaks to everyone and doenst care about designation and spks in friendly way , for me this is best company for anyone who wants to grow in life , i can say this as i had joined as fresher when i knew nothing ....Read More
