In 8 hour shift but you have to complete 10 hour in shift and no leave also it's not give you over time payment. You can get 30 Rs per hour OT only but there is tides method to claim OT and required to many people signature and mail confirmation then after your 30 Rs add to your bank in 3 month latter.....if you stay.
