GMP missing. Only production without any improvement in systems. QA persons behave like police they don't understand or work on improving the quality system. Site Head and HR don't bother to work on employee satisfaction nor intend to nurture them.

All things and policies are baseless, only politics culture and also it's impact to your work-life balance. In 8 hour shift but you have to complete 10 hour in shift and no leave also it's not give you over time payment. You can get 30 Rs per hour OT only but there is tides method to claim OT and required to many people signature and mail confirmation then after your 30 Rs add to your bank in 3 month latter.....if you stay.
