For freshers you get good pay and good team work . Hikes are also good and yes food program is one of the major pros.

Dislikes

There is no job security they can fire you at anytime. There is no work life balance even if you are sick they want you to work and sit late. If you sit extra in office then only your work is appriciated. Lots of politics and be good with managers if you want growth in your position. There is mandatory shut down at year end but leave s are deducted from employees account. Lots of partialities within employees. To avail maternity leaves you should spend atleast 1 year here.
