Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There have CAB facilities.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good incentive and salary hike and bonus

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It's a fast fashion brand and if you join zara in starting period you will learn a lots of things about fashion knowledge costomer relationship etc.

Dislikes

Work culture is very toxic in Zara also the high level management is not supportive to employees.

Work culture. No proper training modules and follow up for the new joiner(speacially hired from diffrent companies) People (mostly Store Management) judges you on your every single thing.ex. looks, clothes that you wore, indirectly body shaming. High expectations withoit empowerment.

Its just a number oriented company not at all people oriented brand They even dont provide a coffee machine at a huge store and they dont have any compliance being followed in stores but yes they will tell you every thing is being followed on papers. No one cares about people and their mindset what is happening internally to someone.

Not at all People oriented company Worst experience to work in Zara. They make you feel like labour class people doing just day to day hard work to earn on daily basis. No job security No welcoming atmosphere. No friendly behaviour.
