Good Work Environment and Culture. Excellent Management .Working like Family buisiness.Good to be part with ZSFL.Especially team and MD.

There is no such things that i dislike the company .They looked after me more than anything.

The job is quite interesting nd Challenging. It's 40 years old plant and made that one into operation.Brown field sugar plant.Make it Successful.

It's a Good opportunity to work with Zanzibar Sugar Factory limited. Good working Environment. As a small Island this is only Sugar Factory .This Plant was renovated from non working condition for 20 years working condition and Created History and Trail run itself we produced 5000 Tonsof Sugar Production.Great experience.Without any consultancy we did in our own with experience.But Management Support is very good.Our Managing Director Mr.Vicky is supported this project so we acheived this level of satisfaction.Its a Team Sucess....Read More

Being Small Island further growth will not be there will take two to three years for next minor expansion of the plant.There is no Sugar Board in Zanzibar .Price Variation of Sugar sales in Mainland and Zanzibar is more.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
