Everyone supports each other, making it a great place to work. We get to work on AI projects also When it comes to promotions and appraisals, it's fair and transparent. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Promotions are given to those who deserve them irrespective of years of experience, which motivates us all to do our best. Every month, we get clear feedback in our 1:1 meetings that helps us grow.

The pressure to work in an agile pace can sometimes lead to feelings of overwhelm.

Some team mates who have already left due to the muck inside the company.

Dislikes

Leadership lack leadership qualities. Not really an employee centric company in the core if you are unfortunate enough to work under some of the horrendous design leads that they have. All is good till you are on client side.

My experience with YUJ was extremely disappointing and frustrating from the start to finish. Entire process was plagued with incompetency and lack of professionalism.

Overall, my experience with YUJ Designs was a complete waste of time.
