The company provide a comfort work culture, where we don't fail by work life balance. its a very good platform to work with less pressure and the authority is friendly and supportive.

Now I am working purely as online basis. I don't even know who or how many of them are there as like me in the same post of counselor. So we don't get the feel of group work.

My reporting manager at YourDOST was very rude. She would yell at the employees and would not guide them. But other managers were very helpful and mentored their teams well. Colleagues are friendly.

The work environment is stressful with less importance on work life balance. The training for new employees is not well structured.
