The only thing was that the company provide food and accommodation within their own hostel/building.

Dislikes

Food is terrible in taste and quality & unhygienic. Impure drinking water (same used in washroom/bathroom) They deducte (10%*) some amount of salary without your prior knowledge and consider it as you have taken leaves for other than your weekend. They'll kick you out anytime, without notice period. No holidays will be provided for any kind of celebration or festivals. Salaries not get credited on time. There is no fix time (everyday you have yo work overtime, even if its mid night). They'll promise to give you travel allowance and but won't give you a single penny....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
