Likes

Only good thing about the company was food and location. Process was good but employees din't seem to be interested in welfare of the company or themselves. Not sure on what basis they recruit employees.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. All the discussion within the faculty was more about the employees personal life rather than the work. Apart from TL nobody seemed in welfare of the company of employees comfort.

Work Details

I joined as a SEO trainee. Training was handled by team lead. Initially the training went well. The tasks were repeatitve. Some of the seniors were reluctant to give me an opportunity to grow. The trainee who joined with me was given login but not me.
