TEAM MATES ARE COOPERATIVE, am working in you broadband for more than 1 yr, so yes there is job security, regarding appraisal this time it have taken much long may be due to merger of vodafone and idea, work environment is quiet nice, as all are cooperative and friendly

as such nothing is there what i don't like about , just that yet not knowing anything about appraisal, rest its all good to work in with you broad band team

Work Details

am working here as you broadband specialist, and mainly handling Vodafone HNI customers i.e looking to sales part. as well as i am into technical support team( as have completed my BE in Electronic and communication).

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
