Actually, there's nothing nice about working at Yorke.

Dislikes

Management functions like a headless chicken! There is no clarity in services offered to clients. Management would expect us to work all days of the week and even on state holidays.

The owner is completely unaware of what is happening in the company. Lots of biases among senior management. Poor employee engagement.
