Unsafe for female employees Lot Politics and favouritism Abusive and harsh language use Kindly don't join this company as it was Biggest mistake of my career to work here mental health ruined, specially if u r a female.

I love the work environment. The security system is too good. All employees are good in behaviour. All staffs are friendly. Canteen food is quite good. Safety is the main priority of Yokohama.

Can be develope the Shop floor facilities. Central ac should be provided in the shop floor.

More working hours, need to travel a lot to get to company. HR is worst. No single fun event for a whole year. Even death of employee is not mattered. 2 min prayer is all they can do.
