Sheer disrespect to old timers; top executives eating the profit and creating false picture that old timers are inefficient.. sub human work culture worst than bonded labour, employees are 'commodities' - they always have to work without any thought about personal life, if you question the management you will be branded as 'unproductive and inefficient '

Pay and compensation worst in the industry, there is no overtime pay so your Intelligent manager thinks 8 to 8 is the Normal working hours and if you want to go home ontime then you need to apply for half day leave.

Bad work culture too much politics in linguistic way. Building their own community with the favorites or people who are sweet and sugar coat things. No respect to the employees. No ethics or professionalism. 10 years experience employees cannot solve the issue which is expected to be solved by freshers and more than 12 hours of working is suggested. Everytime there's a reason when told to convert from probation and give hike. Attack with personal stuffs and degrade the employees.
