I have worked and performed well and Good , even its not matchable from our top most seniors ,, but in Yokogawa that’s not the matter , if you are staying in Yokogawa for more than 11 years you will get promotion, they are not looking into the right time performers, they only look for staying in this company for ever, i recommend everyone do not join Yokogawa, they are unfit to progress for future
