Yokogawa is very good company for GET but if you are joining as lateral then you have to struggle a lot.colleagues are very supportive, manager is also supportive but they can provide limited support

career growth is very slow, financial growth is also very slow, if you got good manager then you can stay for a longer time but if your manager is not supportive then you are gone. work life balance is mostly ok untill you are in office, On site no one will be on ur side, so there you have to survive alone.

if you want to earn more all alone then you can get lot of global sites for longer duration. As a export engineer you will have very less time for yourself and your family. Most of time you will be deputed to some remote sites.

Absolutely nothing. they will make you sign a bond and then chase you to pay for it even if you are not interested to get the experience certificate.

The management is filled with people how are close to their retirement and so there decision making is according to what can give them a short term push in the balance sheet There is a clear and open basis, in the treatment of employees. these days in ots only people from tn are being hired but that was never a problem to me. my problem is that they harass you when you are leaving even when you are a good performer and had gone way and beyond to do your duties. Never ever tell these people which company you are joining else they will make sure that they reach your new recruiter and stop your recruitment(happened with a guy in 2019 who was joining abb) Never expect any pay raise. they gave me 2% raise in my pay and showed 11% raise. one guy (APC ) had his sister's wedding and he was forcefully sent to site by giving a guarantee by his manager that he can come back for a week. when the dates came yokogawa people stopped picking up phone and stopped replying to his mail. he resigned from the site and left for his hometown. none of there laptops work properly.
