Company policies are good But management is not following as per policy and putting restriction Salaries are not upto the mark and as per market. Work load will be more and salary will be less

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Management was kind enough to take care of our health by means of strictly followup of Regulations like Mask, Sanitation of the company from time to time. Helped the staff and his family who suffered from COVID-19, Especially, the Vice President Mr. Sunil K.Abraham has taken care of the Project staff as well as entire staff who is regular at job or work from home. Captain Sajiv Ravindranathji, Managing Director with his vast experience like a family head, has extended his all supports during COVID 19. Especially, Mr. Rajagopalan, VP, HR Head, planned well and ensured all the medical/para medical as well as welfare of the staff was taken care. I was lucky to be part of Yokogawa India Limited and happily retired during the end May 2020 with little pain of departure from Good People. As far as the Staff at HR and Admin concerned, they are to be little more professional which is missing. Example, my PF Pension slip, just one page could not be completed by staff and submit to the respective Department which is almost six months from now.

I started my career in Yokogawa as a GET. It was a privilege to work for a core company as a fresher and gaining valuable experience. A lot of leaning had taken place during my tenure in this organisation. Work environment is good and a lot of supportive teammates throughout the journey.

Dislikes

Poor salary and slow career growth was something that made me shift from here. There were limited prospective for a role change to another department too which should actually be encouraged.
