Toxic work culture, no work life balance, so called seniors are not supportive, Hr never responds to employees calls unless it is of their benefits, seniors feels disrespected if u say that you can't do some work due to the time or it may be anything. They lies to customers about the deadlines, they will not give petrol allowances on time you have to keep asking, first they say that we will raise ur salary after 3 months but when it is the time of increment they will remove u sighting disciplinary action or some other weird reasons. Salary deductions for no reason and on weekends also you need to work till late if it is female staff also. Too much of chamchagiri you need to do if you want to be there in that office. You have to leave your self respect out somewhere if you want to work there. People there would treat you as a slave not as an employee. Zero work security and they can fire you anytime without giving your salary. You will keep on calling and you won't ever get a relevant answer. Even after completion of your probation they won't give you any confirmation. I would like to give it a zero star if it would have been there. Also they make customers fool by giving false promises and zero quality of work. You can definitely see the worst quality work there in EC. Also they wouldn't give you your refund back even if you go there thousand times....Read More

The work of HR department is completely poor. If you call, the phone is not picked up nor is any information given. When you leave your work then.When you ask about your salary, they have no idea.It takes them two months to do any work.
