Japanese culture. But suppress by Indian management also. Job security

Indian management is pathetic. Increament is only 3-4 % only. Favouritism is on peak. Only 1-2 % employees benefitted due to favouritism. Other wise all just working. HR department is worse.

Ykk has no good things to like,but had a job security

Ykk never promote DET person on higher level .YKK gives salery hike in 6 years is only Rs 7,900 and that was very very poor. For example someone salery is Rs 8,000 in 2018 and Rs 16,300 in 2023,thats the salery condition and reality of YKK

Old people do not allow new one to get smooth working . like Algae gets generated in stranded water in pond and impact the purity of water , in the same manner long serving employees creates hurdled for new competent employees .
