Best things in YKK: 1) If you know your work your job is as secured as a government job. 2) Work life balance- no manufacturing firm gives flexibility to work just 8 official hours a day. 3) Decent amount of holidays

Overall growth is bit of a challenge, as you can't stand in front of other employees if we see where we stand in market. A YKK employee will be no doubt well enough in what he does in YKK but he won't be able to perform well enough for a job in other firm.

Its been 4 years I'm working in YKK, As a manufacturing firm the culture is good enough, working is stress free most of the time and you can enjoy plenty of holidays.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Japanese culture. But suppress by Indian management also. Job security

Dislikes

Indian management is pathetic. Increament is only 3-4 % only. Favouritism is on peak. Only 1-2 % employees benefitted due to favouritism. Other wise all just working. HR department is worse.

Ykk has no good things to like,but had a job security

Dislikes

Ykk never promote DET person on higher level .YKK gives salery hike in 6 years is only Rs 7,900 and that was very very poor. For example someone salery is Rs 8,000 in 2018 and Rs 16,300 in 2023,thats the salery condition and reality of YKK
