Japanese culture. But suppress by Indian management also. Job security

Indian management is pathetic. Increament is only 3-4 % only. Favouritism is on peak. Only 1-2 % employees benefitted due to favouritism. Other wise all just working. HR department is worse.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Ykk never promote DET person on higher level .YKK gives salery hike in 6 years is only Rs 7,900 and that was very very poor. For example someone salery is Rs 8,000 in 2018 and Rs 16,300 in 2023,thats the salery condition and reality of YKK
