Likes

Company policies are good. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team in starting.

Ykk has no good things to like,but had a job security

Dislikes

Ykk never promote DET person on higher level .YKK gives salery hike in 6 years is only Rs 7,900 and that was very very poor. For example someone salery is Rs 8,000 in 2018 and Rs 16,300 in 2023,thats the salery condition and reality of YKK
