Life insurance pressure is very bad and bcos of that many employees had left, otherwise it is good

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
