The worst company ever I have seen ever in my life & I never want to see again the company like this.If a body work in LaLa company That is YAZAKI.

all the above thing I dont like I given 2 star for skill development becoz if a body mechanical he can learn a little electrical about wiring harness nothing else. team mate may not good If you hurt a subordinate( production) he may group you outside company which company dont take risk.nobody is ready to train you,job security is very bad they doesnt complete even your confirmation appraisal is bit far away ,you have intime but no outtime in company ,people work for continous 4-5 shift in a single row during inventory & dont expect for coff ,great politics I can give a clap for this ,boss is uneducated mostly nothing to great thing to learn,their most common tool using in quality is measuring tape ,environment is very bad,zero increment,very bad work life....Read More

I simply said never ever work in YAZAKI ,LALA company is better than this,all these things are shared for pune & ranjangaon location(it has so many plants in INDIA).
