Overall company good, surround by good people and company having good policies. Pros : 1.) Good work exposure 2.) Good people 3.) Initial salary hike got (at time of joing then every year 8% will get) Cons : 1.) Work load. 2.) Process are complicated and lengthy.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
