Everything especially the culture which has tendency to hire a large number of people and then re trenching them when appraisals are due.. I spent 3.6 yrs and every year it was same story at every single department. Mind you there was no question of performance here. The re trenching happened to best of workers too

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
