I would strongly caution against joining this company, especially if you are married or have significant personal commitments. Despite being in business for 15 years, the company has a shockingly high attrition rate, with 95% of employees being recent hires. This is a clear indicator of the management's ineffective leadership. From day one, you need to be prepared to leave at any moment. They blindly operates quick action policy to terminate employees without notice if they are unsatisfied, even before the probation period ends. This creates an unstable and stressful work environment. Additionally, the company lacks proper statutory records, and the working conditions are poor, with inadequate seating arrangements for staff. While they have a biometric attendance system, it’s unreliable as reports can’t be generated. I have not worked with the company but was offered HR Manager Position. Company's approach to handle hired candidates is not good. They conducted an interview and rolled out an offer in 3 days time time and within the next 2 days they revoked the offer stating that the company is out of funds.
