My experience here was emotionally challenging. As a junior employee, I faced a lack of support and mentorship. My Team Lead had poor leadership and product knowledge(Something only she and I knew), which affected my ability to grow. As a mentor she was not able to solve a single query of mine. I often had a strong sense that I was delivering cases incorrectly, with her simply nodding at whatever solutions I proposed. When I did ask a fellow team member for feedback, they pointed out that the solution was wrong. This seemed to upset my TL, who then began sending me warning emails and assigning me case targets, despite the fact that I already had the highest case count among all the new joiners. She also blocked my queue with the cases that are to be escalated to keep my count down and excluded me from further training. She suggested I resign, accusing me of less case count and delivering incorrect cases, even though she was responsible for verifying them. My manager was aware of the situation but he didn’t intervene. Manager never crosschecked the situation by checking the records. Despite working long hours and weekends, my efforts were not acknowledged. Highest case counts in the team can't help you from getting fired from here. Although they give the reason that you have less case count. You must do every thing to be your TL's favorite else you will be fired. Worst company I have ever worked in. I didnt want to give even 1 star , but that is the minimum i could give.. so I had to. Horrible experience of lifetime! Yardi makes a lot of promises when you're about to enter Yardi but once you are in, you get to know about the actual culture and the hell bad management of Yardi. Worst management team i have ever seen!!!! They are all just good for nothing..even if you are working as senior software engineer in the company.. they treat you like a servant !!
