No culture as admin guys handling HR. Japanese domination. Even a Japanese fresher gets to become manager. Knowingly promotions are delayed to make the employees stay. Top management clueless about ground realities. Salary structure outdated and obsolete.

Politics at each and every step and corner of the organisation. No scope for promotion. Appraisals go maximum upto 3-4% annually. Salaries are lowest in the market. You can’t eat anything in the canteen except from 1 pm to 1:45 pm. Completely school culture here. Just for the namesake it’s a Japanese MNC but nothing in actual. More than 25 people resigned in last one year.
