I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Politics at each and every step and corner of the organisation. No scope for promotion. Appraisals go maximum upto 3-4% annually. Salaries are lowest in the market. You can’t eat anything in the canteen except from 1 pm to 1:45 pm. Completely school culture here. Just for the namesake it’s a Japanese MNC but nothing in actual. More than 25 people resigned in last one year.
