Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

You will love the grey haired colleagues with you who won't try to help or support even if you ask them officially.

Dislikes

There is no job security. In pandemic situation, theh fired more than 150 people with no major reason or compensation. Salary deduction is another fact. But I am hoping this is temporary and time will be better.
