Dear Colleague, We greatly appreciate your acknowledgment of our company as a great place to work with a supportive team and friendly work schedule. Our workweek is intentionally structured to support a healthy work-life balance; we do not operate on a 7-day workweek, nor do we expect our colleagues to work extended hours. While we do emphasize punctuality and effective leave management, our team members are given the flexibility to choose their designated day off. We do not penalize anyone who does their job with diligence and responsibly. We have a rewarding work culture and a very aggressive incentive system. We are happy to see our employees take over 50-60% of their salary as incentives. And this transparently driven through technology, leaving no scope for human intervention or bias. You too would have seen your colleagues take the same. Penalty, if any, is usually for policy violation - excessive tardiness, uninformed absence from work and ignoring tasks and clients. Regarding compensation, we ensure that it is competitive and aligned with the job role and market standards. Compensation is determined by factors such as grade, role, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Our pay scales follow a structured framework and is also linked to performance metrics, increments, promotions, and career development opportunities. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes statutory benefits, medical coverage, fitness programs, flexible working hours, an Employee Assistance Program, and a robust incentives and recognition policy.
