wanna join? Be careful of being a slave without getting original joining letter or offer letter do not resign from your previous company. they will send you draft letter without signature on that and tell you that you are not the part of their organization. before joining hr will talk to you very politely and after joining they willtreat you as slave. no holiday from company. always have another offer in hand. kickout can be instantaneous or ready to work on 50% of salary that you have on your draft offer letter. hr doesn't have f&f in their dictonery . be ready to loose your salary if kick out or resigned...Read More
