Salary & Appraisal Issues No appraisal in two years, and salary increment is 0%. No extra bonuses, no shift allowance (even for night shifts). Both-side PF deduction from employees' salaries—unethical and unfair. Salaries are delayed, often credited around the 20th of the month, causing financial instability. Fake Promises & Poor Management Management makes fake commitments and misleads employees. HR has no professionalism—they treat employees well before joining but change completely afterward.
