Job security is awesome, learning new things a bit, you'll get good friends to share your thoughts with, some seniors are also good.

Dislikes

Lots of politics going on, if you're among those can't say no guys, you'll fall in the trap, people just keep passing things on mails from one to another, no solutions just passing which let ground operations suffer.

Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.

in bangalore [Hoskote hub].OJT[On Job Training] Period of 20 Days. Exposure to Hub Operations i.e ware house operations. There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days. So Think before you go .i took as a challenge and went but me too regret.

in Bangalore[Hoskote].After OJT[On Job Training] . There is more to learn where actually OJT is useless. Now the Management or staff dont care about you. for every two days they spend only 1 hour for you and other time they just keep saying what are you doing since morning [finally they don't let you to indulge any activity and moreover they ask to sit , when you sit they again say why are you sitting . finally they treat you like labour] . Nobody will take care even HR . 2. They will Register you As Apprentice which for Bachelor's degree people. later got to know that MBA or Master's are not eligible . but HR fraudlently will register as apprentice beware and reject it....Read More
