Worst condition of IT S/W , no response from CLT /CS team on time ,Basic facility is not available in office, 1-2 % increment in a year , expense claim process is very lengthy and old .

Working here from 2018 & continuing, It's good to stay there as jobs are not easy task now a days, Else brands are good but peoples are not getting satisfaction on their job, Everyone have different mindset on it.

If there is some work in between office hours then you can go out without any worry, just update the manager and you will be allowed to go out in case of emergency.

There are a lot of dislikes like no matter how much work you do, that work is not respected. If you work late at night or even after reaching home, that work is not valued. Upper management does not talk on ground challenges and if you discuss it on a conference call, then the managers find excuses.And the employee who is performingwell and working 10 to 11 hours daily faces problem in taking leave.
