For freshers this company is best to learn about customer, supply chian, management how company run. It is so much better for frshers.

company work culture is destroyed, lack of co-operation between head of the dept. and associate sector, for this resion associate cannot handle the cusomer and customer are also dis satisfied. company loose her employ for this resion.

One of the best company to work I have personally gained lot of knowledge here however need lot of improvements after Gati taken over by All Cargo Logistics

No firm instruction to team, partiality, clueless management and incapable employees getting promotion every 6 months and capable employees leaving because of frustration

*Salary ontime. *One of the best company to learn domestic transportation concepts. *Ample opportunities to learn freight forwarding from cross functional team. *You will find some good mentors here. *Policies are well defined.

Work environment is not good, superior are not much supportive and talking nonsense everyday in the morning hurdle calls and increase work pressure & frustration in work. Company hire good HOD's but not change down line managers & some higher people who are still in the system from laste few decades and did nothing. They implant hisown puppets in some locations and these puppets got special treatment....Read More

Ground staff and some lower management people are working very hard and giving their complete effort.

Dislikes

Upper management wants work to be done, however the tools, armory are not being provided by them which is creating a low confidence level and go with the flow mindset.

But the employees are not using the potential to its full use. The Team leaders are taking advantage of under staff and doing work only for formality. The groupism is affecting honest employees.
