in bangalore [Hoskote hub].OJT[On Job Training] Period of 20 Days. Exposure to Hub Operations i.e ware house operations. There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days. So Think before you go .i took as a challenge and went but me too regret.

Now the Management or staff dont care about you. for every two days they spend only 1 hour for you and other time they just keep saying what are you doing since morning [finally they don't let you to indulge any activity and moreover they ask to sit , when you sit they again say why are you sitting . finally they treat you like labour] . Nobody will take care even HR . 2. They will Register you As Apprentice which for Bachelor's degree people. later got to know that MBA or Master's are not eligible . but HR fraudlently will register as apprentice beware and reject it....Read More

Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.

When I started and join Busybees i feel like home because we started from one office and after that we expand 40 office with in two years, working day and night like home, our senior are also supporting us on that time That was amazing for me

Dislike because in Busybees busybees job security was terrible Same i faced when a vendor blaming me after doing a fraud He blamed after 1.5 year with manipulated whatsapp chat and same accepted by management whithout looking or investigation I worked for 6 years but management not supporting me means I spent a lot of time for company but when I need company support then they fired me
