There is nothing in this company to like about no job security no work culture no work life balance and management is the worst to top this list

There is no job security so you have a fear of getting fired any day anytime without any warning or performance evaluation; No bonus payout last year and this year it was less than average (7%) No growth opportunities or promotion for existing tenured employees rather they hire it from outside with same number of work experience even though you have helped in setting up the company in Pune and streamlined the entire process ; All these problems is majorly because of ineffective management which fire/hire people as it please them...Read More

They provide cab service, but they hire AP & collections employees on a less than a road side labor wage because senior management secure budget for themselves with hell politics.

Dislikes

At the time of hiring they promised to give WFH but managers didn't allow, so don't trust HR & NO work life balance is there. You have to work on festivals also. Lots of politics for appraisals and promotions, upper management comes under creamy layer and actual resource is treated as labor. Upper mgmt. eats all hike budgets of their team.
