I honestly can't find a single thing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Working at this company has been an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience. There is no payroll process and no pay-slips will be given. The company's inability to manage its finances is further highlighted by way they handle salary payments, which comes in instalments causing immense financial stress to the employees. Management continued to neglect the situation leaving salaries unsettled to this day. Clients assigned to employees one day are frequently reassigned the next without any explanation. This chaotic handling of client work makes it impossible to maintain any sense of job security or workflow. There is a culture of micro management, where employees are constantly scrutinized but management ( Irudaya Raj gali & Jawahar somavarapu) fails to address their own glaring mistakes. Several escalations have been made regarding such issues but they have been met with either complete indifference or outright retaliation.
