I honestly can't find a single thing to like about this company.

...ralizing experience. There is no payroll process and no pay-slips will be given. The company's inability to manage its finances is further highlighted by way they handle salary payments, which comes in instalments causing immense financial stress to the employees. Management continued to neglect the situation leaving salaries unsettled to this day. Clients assigned to employees one day are frequently reassigned the next without any explanation. This chaotic handling of client work makes it impossible to maintain any sense of job security or workflow. There is a culture of micro management, where employees are constantly scrutinized but management ( Irudaya Raj gali & Jawahar somavarapu) fails to address their own glaring mistakes. Several escalations have been made regarding such issues but they have been met with either complete indifference or outright retaliation. In conclusion, from the financial instability to poor decision making this company is a textbook example of neglect and mismanagement. I would strongly advise against considering this company for employment.

Nothing worth working, employees fly in few days its a home setup not commercial space office.

Company does not have any work culture, a amateur person is handling the company, he is short tempered he will never listen to your queries and concern, late salary and no proper client management, the manager is worst he does not have recruitment experience ,company is looking to earn money that's all, no proper job security they will take you out any time, poor working laptop given for work 2nd hand rented, please avoid this company for better learning growth and skill development.
